Job Title: Student Supervisor
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30am - 1:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Student Supervisor, you'll oversee lunchroom and playground activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of students while fostering a positive atmosphere. You'll work closely with school staff to implement routines that promote order, safety, and fun.

What You'll Do
As a Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising students during lunch and recess, ensuring safe behavior inside the cafeteria, gym, or playground.
  • Assisting with lunchroom procedures like sanitizing tables, managing trash, and supporting recycling efforts.
  • Administering basic first aid when needed, using good judgment to address health concerns promptly.
  • Encouraging group participation by engaging students in games and activities.
  • Enforcing positive discipline policies to maintain order and promote respectful interactions.
  • Performing other related duties to ensure smooth daily operations and a safe environment for all students.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work experience with children (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle interruptions with professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices and a responsible attitude toward student supervision.

Location & Schedule
