Staff Accountant- Urgently hiring in St. Louis!

Job Title: Staff Accountant
Pay: $60K-$70K
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8-5
Start Date: ASAP

As a Staff Accountant, you'll support month-end closing processes and help maintain financial accuracy across various accounts. You'll work closely with the finance team to deliver results that contribute to the company's success.

What You'll Do
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for:
• Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts
• Manage and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and variance reports
• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger of inventory
• Assist with managing inventory costs and manufacturing-related accounting tasks
• Support financial reporting and analysis to improve overall financial health
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Strong experience with month-end closing processes (3-5 years)
  • Background in manufacturing accounting- cost analysis and inventory
  • Proficiency in Oracle and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
