Service Technician-Phone Support

Overland Park company seeking energetic and reliable professional with commercial and residential electrical background to join their team as a Technical Representative for their vacuum sealer equipment.
Will be responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls, providing technical support over the phone and taking appropriate action for each call. Diagnose error codes with mechanical and electrical safety standards to determine proper solutions and document in CRM.
Use company policies to determine an immediate resolution to a customer issue of if that issue requires managerial input. Process orders for replacement parts for recommended repairs and pricing as needed. Communicate directly with customers to provide pricing and delivery information as needed in a timely, professional manner.
Issue RA-return authorizations for machines in need of in-house repairs in and out of warranty.
Must have a commitment to customer satisfaction as this is the first point of contact for customers' product issues. Commercial and Residential Electrical background required.
