Our client located in Creve Coeur is currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team.  This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, opportunity working Monday-Friday from 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm, and pays $15.00 per hour.


  • Open and close front office/receptionist area
  • Answer phones and greet guests
  • Receive and distribute faxes, packages and mail
  • Schedule  FedEx,  USPS, UPS pickups 
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of conference rooms on a daily basis
  • Keep printers, copiers and faxes stocked with paper
  • Schedule conference rooms for meetings
  • Perform data entry 
  • Perform administrative tasks and help with special projects as assigned

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of prior Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • A polished, professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail orientation
  • A stable work history
