- Collect the open enrollment forms from the employees.
- Ensure they are signed and put together a daily FedEx package to be sent to our clients headquarters.
- Accept any other incoming paperwork.
- Accept any questions from the employees and pass on to the Human Resources Manager.
- Have experience as an office clerk
- Experience handling a high volume of paperwork
- Experience answering phones, faxing, envelope stuffing and mailing, message delivery, running errands, sorting incoming mail
