Job Title:Non-Profit Caseworker - Housing Manager
Pay: $45,000-50,000 yearly
Hours: Monday-Friday 

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Non-Profit Caseworker - Housing Manager to lead homeowner support and engagement initiatives for a local nonprofit housing organization in St. Peters, MO. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families achieve safe, affordable housing and long-term financial stability.

As a Non-Profit Caseworker - Housing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the entire homeowner journey—from application and selection to post-occupancy support

  • Coordinate the Homebuyer Readiness (HBR) Program, providing financial education and coaching

  • Support homeowners through onboarding, education sessions, and ongoing communication

  • Engage with community partners, volunteers, and program participants to strengthen mission
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience working in related field

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

  • Compassionate, mission-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
