The Member Services Representatives will providing administrative support which can include researching and responding to questions, complaints, concerns and issues via e-mail, telephone, and/or written correspondence. Candidates will perform a variety of data management and data entry functions, including reviewing and analyzing data for accuracy and prioritization.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and phone. Strong ability to problem solve and make decisions. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills.
