JOB DUTIES:
- Answer incoming calls from maintenance technicians
- Coordinate maintenance visits with clients
- Complete follow-up documentation for all required maintenance
- Resolve problems that arise during scheduled maintenance calls
- Monitor critical alarms and client hubs
- Dispatch emergency technicians
- Data-entry of all documentation in various company systems
- Additional duties as requested by manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years prior experience in call center or customer service role required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stable work history
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Per the client's request, the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
