Job Title: Junior Accountant
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Junior Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial health of the organization. You'll work closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting. Your contributions will help keep the company's financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for
• Assisting with daily accounting transactions including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts
• Reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assisting with audit preparations and internal control documentation
• Collaborating with team members to implement process improvements

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Location & Schedule
