Inside Sales - Subscription Training Consultants

Mission Kansas Employer has opening for 5 Subscription Training Consultants to grow their business. These positions will not do prospecting but will be expanding current accounts or contact previous customers to make a sale.
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers while identifying additional buyers and expansion opportunities.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct website demos to generate sales and Enterprise leads.
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution to satisfy customers.
- Manage past due accounts to secure payment and seek additional opportunities.
- Execute all revenue as defined in customer agreements.
- Execute activations, renewals, and all system work for company + customers.
- Employ problem solving skills to overcome sales objections.
- Maintain a daily call average of at least 40 calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be assertive, be goal oriented, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrate moderate to advanced PC skills.
- Ability to consistently work 40-hr scheduled work week M-F.
