HR Coordinator — Fenton Area

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Start: ASAP

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing organization and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. 3-6 months in the office and then 1 day work from home weekly. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Track attendance, PTO, and leave data
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of HR experience or related degree
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
