HR Generalist Opportunity - Urgently hiring in Kansas City!

Job Title: HR Generalist
Hours: Weekdays, 8 AM - 5 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting HR functions across Missouri and Kansas. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to uphold company policies, improve processes, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information. Your work will directly contribute to leveling up the team and fostering a professional, efficient environment.

What You'll Do
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for
  • Managing document control, maintaining confidentiality, and safeguarding sensitive information
  • Assisting with the review and update of the employee handbook
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and supporting conflict resolution
  • Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
  • Administer HR programs, including benefits, payroll support, recordkeeping, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources or HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and workplace policies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
