Our client, a large firm, located in Clayton is looking to hire an HR Generalist with previous experience in learning and development. This is a direct hire opening to pay within the range of $50, 000-$75, 000 annually depending on experience.
  • Engage with associates in outreach programs throughout the employment life-cycle, including on-boarding, engagement efforts, focused touch bases, exit interviews, and proactive performance management coaching
  • Support and coordinate curriculum development for corporate
  • Support and coordinate curriculum development for new and first-time managers
  • Support and manage the performance review process for corporate
  • Utilize, manage, and evolve the learning management system to schedule, monitor, facilitate, record, and evaluate learning activities for participants
  • Identify and analyze organizational learning needs
  • Participate in outsourcing training facilitation in alignment and facilitates small group sessions/meetings when requested
  • Develop and implement communication and marketing plans for learning programs
  • Stay up to date on trends, knowledge, and research related to learning and development
  • Evaluate current learning programs to ensure best in class learning for associates.
  • Provide support with project planning through the development of our talent development programs
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Must have 3-5 years as an HR Generalist, experience with talent management and learning development preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; professional Human Resources/business certification or equivalent experience desired  
  • Experience with an LMS and/or HRIS considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stable work history
