Legal Secretaries /Assistants
Are you an experienced Legal Assistant /Secretary? Stivers has clients located throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Encino, Pasadena, West LA and surrounding communities who are in need of experienced legal secretaries/assistants for temporary, temp to hire and direct hire positions.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a legal secretary/assistant
- Experience in various fields - civil litigation, criminal defense, employment law, probate & estate planning, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, workers compensation
- Experience in state and federal appellate courts
- Electronic filing experience
- Transcription /notetaking experience is a plus!
- Working knowledge of various legal software systems is a plus!
