Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic, growing team at their Corporate Headquarters. A leading provider of strategic solutions and services devoted to today’s ever-changing workplace environment.
The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to support the Sales Team Executives throughout the sales process and act as a liaison throughout the sales process.
- Preparing customer quotes
- Place orders and maintain reports on all orders
- Reconcile product discrepancies and merchant invoices
- Track products to warehouse or customers location and schedule deliveries
- Aid in settling punch list issues, file freight claims and issue orders for a replacement product
- Answer phones and greet customers that come into the office
