Job Title: Account Coordinator
Pay: $19/hr
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing high-volume customer service, including processing credits and complex orders from phone, fax, and email using detailed spreadsheets with speed and precision.
  • Managing dynamic communication channels by handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Sending load information to designated carriers and resolving logistical issues or scheduling conflicts promptly.
  • Creating and following up on carrier appointments to ensure a seamless and reliable supply chain.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Minimum 1 year of office support or coordinating experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport easily.
  • Dependable work ethic and reliability, especially the ability to start promptly at 7:00 AM and maintain consistent attendance.
  • Preferred proficiency with computer applications, especially Excel (including formulas, data organization, and tracking).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
