As a Customer Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in managing customer accounts, streamlining logistics processes, and enhancing client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Sales Support team to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and expand both new and existing customer accounts to support business development initiatives.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to ensure clients have a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support team to identify and share potential business opportunities.
  • Oversee order processing, load procurement, negotiations, freight tendering, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email, and online channels, coordinating with owner-operators or agents to facilitate cost-effective shipments.
  • Track shipments from order placement through delivery, ensuring timely performance and suggesting process improvements when necessary.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least two years of experience in the logistics industry preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude and proactive initiative.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
