What You'll Do
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Contactting customers regarding past-due accounts via phone and email to secure payment and negotiate payment plans.
  • Following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and answering customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly collection targets to support team goals.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations to ensure ethical work practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues and suggest process improvements for efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and active listening.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in collections, call centers, or customer service preferred.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
