Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Rep

An international credit card company is seeking an experienced customer service rep that is bilingual in Japanese & English to join their team!
This role would provide customer service to existing cardholders and assist with travel needs though means of Internet, social media and telephone conversations.
- Ability to speak , read and write in Japanese business language and proficient in English
- At least 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to answer online questions, writes web blogs, and chat in Japanese. Candidates will be tested in the ability of writing in Japanese during the interview process.
- Experience in working in/with travel agencies is a plus
- Basic knowledge of credit card industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer and social media platforms
This is a full time direct hire position that will start at $33,000/ annually and pay will commensurate with experience. Benefits are offered. Company pays full Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life & ADD for employees.
