Our client, an international credit card company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese /English Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This role would provide customer service to existing cardholders and assist with travel needs though means of internet, social media and telephone conversations.
- Ability to speak , read and write in both the English and Japanese languages required
- At least 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Travel industry experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of credit card industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer and social media platforms
- Ability to work full time and an alternating Saturday schedule
