The Earth City location of a national employer is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator with a positive, can-do attitude to join their team. This individual will provide support to a variety of employees and departments.   Job duties include:
  • Providing project support to the Marketing team
  • Conducting phone interviews for Human Resources
  • Completing on-boarding for new hires in support of HR
  • Developing various reports for the Finance group
  • General administrative support to department managers and team leads


This is a full time, temporary to hire to role. The position will pay between $31, 000-$40, 000 annually.
The position requires:
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous administrative or executive support experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work with a large variety of individuals
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Previous SharePoint experience is preferred
