We are looking to add experienced Administrative Assistants to our team to represent Stivers Staffing at various clients’ companies
throughout Los Angeles, West LA, San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities on temporary assignments.
Assignments vary in length, location, pay, and duties.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- At minimum 2-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience working in an office environment
- Will have experience supporting a team of executives/managers
- Will possess the ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- Calendar management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team oriented environment
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
