Real Estate Admin Assistant
Our client, a commercial real estate firm in Encino is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office. This position will works with the Office Manager to support commercial real estate brokers in all essential administrative needs as well as relieves the receptionist for meals and breaks.
- At least 2-3 years of office experience required
- Experience working in a real estate environment
- Ability to type at least 55+ WPM
- Proficient working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Prior receptionist and/or multi-line phone experience
- Familiar with proper business correspondence/document formats
- Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills required
- Ability to prioritize and achieve deadlines
- Computer skills such as ACT, AIR, E-Multiple, and familiarization with databases are desirable
- Ability to learn in-house marketing software (Buildout) and experience creating marketing fliers using basic graphics required
This is a temp to hire position that will pay up to $22/hour once hired.
