Terrific opportunity for an Admin with experience in real estate property management. This position is a direct hire, paying $35-40K. The location is a property in Des Plaines, IL.
- Answer and respond to phone inquiries from Property Managers/Residents/Municipalities.
- Daily Mail Distribution.
- File/Fax/Scan/Copy requested documents.
- Provide clerical support to Senior Management.
- Insurance requests from Agents/Lenders. File claims as needed from Property Managers.
- Vehicle/Equipment Listing to include renewals, vehicles registration, emissions testing.
- Process titles for mobile home registration.
- Coordinate renewal of Dealers Licenses/Community Licenses/Pool Licenses.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in property management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Professional, can-do attitude.
