The Earth City location of a national employer is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Client Relationship Management team. This individual  will support the department by handling the  client facing  presentations and administrative functions as needed. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Create  client facing  documents, specifically PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets
  • Enter data and  distribute documents to the appropriate personnel
  • Deliver customer metrics by phone to internal and external partners
  • General administrative support as needed

This is a full time, temporary to hire opportunity with a large employer. Temporary compensation will be between $14-$15.70 per hour and there is potential for increase upon permanent hire.

This position requires:
 
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous experience creating client facing PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A stable work history
