Job Title: Account Specialist
Pay: $23/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5
Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you’ll begin by working alongside an experienced team and gaining hands-on knowledge of the business before transitioning into managing your own accounts. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, develop strong organizational and communication skills, and learn how different areas of the company work together. 

 

What You'll Do
As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Work alongside experienced staff to learn company procedures, industry practices, and day-to-day operations.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support across various team functions.
  • Assist with communication and follow-up involving clients and candidates.
  • Participate in training and onboarding activities to develop a strong understanding of internal processes.
  • Take on new responsibilities as skills and knowledge develop, with the opportunity to progress toward managing accounts independently.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or recent graduation in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Previous internship, office, administrative, or customer-facing experience is helpful.
  • Bring a personable, motivated, and upbeat approach to the workplace.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, clients, and candidates.
  • Demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to develop new skills.

Location & Schedule
This position is fully onsite in the Shaker Heights area and offers a standard weekday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
