Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Pay: $19 per hour
Hours: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance team with vital daily operations and financial record maintenance. You’ll work closely with the accounting department to ensure efficient transaction processing and robust financial management.

What You’ll Do:
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing daily accounts payable transactions and accurately recording payments in the system.
  • Maintaining organized financial records and assisting with bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Performing data entry and preparing detailed financial reports for management.
  • Managing invoices and assisting with month-end and year-end closings to meet deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma required; 1+ years of accounting experience or financial knowledge is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
