Living in St. Louis and looking to work for a tech startup?   A software company with an Earth City office is looking to add (3) Technical Support Analysts to their team. This company offers the casual, fun environment and growth potential of a startup with the stability of a company which has been in business for over 20 years.   Job duties of the Technical Support Analyst include: 
  • Receive incoming support calls/emails directly from customers
  • Document all customer calls
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues
  • Completing various projects as assigned
This position offers competitive pay with multiple salary reviews annually, excellent benefits and strong advancement opportunities. Shift schedules are either 8: 00 - 5: 00 or 8: 30 - 5: 30.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous customer service or research experience including extensive problem resolution 
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
  • Experience with desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows) and knowledge of basic computer hardware
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and customer service skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
