Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Pay: $31-33/hr

Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday Hybrid Schedule

Start Date: ASAP
 
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in St. Louis, MO. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be proficient in managing full-cycle recruitment and building strong candidate pipelines to support organizational growth.
 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring for entry-level and professional level roles

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and HR Business Partners regarding staffing plans and general workforce forecasting

  • Participate in career/job fairs and other community events

  • Responsible for all candidate activity through an applicant tracking system 
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another business-related field required

  • 1-3 years’ experience with full cycle recruiting 

  • Must have professional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees effectively

  • Must have proficiency using the full Microsoft Office suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems
