We are seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to join our client's Global Markets Department.

The Sponsorship Coordinator will assist in ensuring best in class sponsorship fulfillment and service to sponsoring organizations. This position will coordinate with inter-departmental stakeholders and sponsors to execute and fulfill on sponsorship benefits and deliverables. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this individual will oversee the implementation of sponsorship deliverables, including the development of production schedules, tracking lists, project coordination and operational oversight. This will include the development of fulfillment grids that outline assets, deliverables, timelines as well as roles and responsibilities in order to execute on sponsorship benefits.

The Sponsorship Coordinator will facilitate continuous communication between company departments, clients and suppliers to meet the needs of client organizations. This individual will attend various client meetings, co-branded meetings and events as deemed necessary by leadership. This position will coordinate materials for training workshops, digital content and other activities associated with sponsorships as needed, and assist in developing post-event analysis and sponsor fulfillment presentations. The Sponsorship Coordinator will also ensure timely and accurate reporting, invoicing, and receivables. This role will be important in maximizing sponsor engagement.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented sales and marketing environment, with sponsorship fulfillment preferred.

This individual must have exceptional project management skills with proven multi-tasking and time management abilities.

The successful candidate will be an excellent and open communicator comfortable speaking and collaborating in a team environment.

This individual must possess a precise attention to detail, be proactive with the ability to motivate others, and be a critical thinker and problem solver.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with intermediate Excel knowledge, is required.

College degree preferred or equivalent business experience with progressive advancement.

Travel as required.
