We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Twinsburg, OH. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Sales Department, ensuring smooth order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with various sales-related tasks. Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues.
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficient delivery.
  • Support sales projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Help with light purchasing and order expediting to maintain inventory and meet customer needs.

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctual and reliable, with dependable transportation to and from work.
