Lenexa firm is looking to hire a front desk receptionist to promptly and courteously answer all incoming calls and direct to the correct person or department. Will greet employees, clients and guests with quality customer service and professionalism.
Will manage the reception area by providing excellent hospitality to clients and visitors.
Duties will also include scheduling conference rooms and coordinate meeting beverages/food service. Will also coordinate events. Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies for the office, kitchen, conference rooms and reception area. Need Word and Excel skills.
