  A consulting firm in Creve Coeur is in need of a front desk receptionist to join their team! This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity, working from 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm, Monday through Friday. The candidate in this role will be the first face visitors, clients, and guests see upon arrival, so a friendly, welcoming, and personable demeanor is a must! Pay for this opportunity is between $10.00 - $12.00 per hour, depending on background and experience.    Job Duties:
  • Unlock & lock the front doors at the beginning & end of your shift
  • Answer phone system and transfer calls or assist callers with questions
  • Greet visitors and clients and notify their party/contact of their arrival
  • Offer beverages to visitors, keeping the refrigerator well stocked
  • Receive mail and packages, and distribute around the office
  • Keep the conference rooms, meeting rooms, front lobby, and kitchen area are clean and tidy
  • Maintain conference room schedules and reserve rooms as requested
  • Assist with preparation for meetings as requested
  • Assist with various data entry projects as requested
  • Additional duties as assigned 
  • 1-3 years prior experience in an office support role required
  • Prior experience in receptionist/front desk position strongly preferred
  • Proficient data entry skills required
  • Familiarly with MS Office required
  • Stable work history
