Temporary, Contract and T-P Receptionist Positions
We are looking to add team members to represent Stivers at client companies on temporary and temp-permanent Receptionist assignments. Assignments vary in length, location, pay, and duties. If you have at least 3 years of recent office experience and have a good work history we would love for you to work with Stivers.
Answering incoming calls, transfer calls, schedule appointments, set up conference rooms for meetings, kitchen inventory, meet and greet, sign for package, mail duties, data entry, invoicing, etc.
Our clients are located in the DTC, Greenwood Village, Inverness, Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek, Lakewood, Golden and surrounding metro areas.
Must have at least 3 yrs of recent administrative, clerical experience within an office setting
Must be proficient within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must type at least 45 wpm
All selected candidates will have good work references as well as proof of dependability
