Our client, a great non-profit organization located in St. Charles County, is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their team. The hours for the position are 8: 30am-4: 30pm, Monday-Friday. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that will pay $12.00/hour upon permanent placement.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Answer phones, and transferring calls to the proper party
  • Greet visitors upon arrival, directing them where they need to go or assisting them with any questions or requests
  • Sort incoming & process outgoing mail
  • Maintain a clean and tidy front desk and lobby area
  • Utilize company system to perform data entry and member check-in
  • Assist with various clerical tasks as requested
  • Sort incoming and process outgoing postal mail
  • Assist the HR department with special projects
  • Additional duties as assigned





REQUIREMENTS: 
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of previous Receptionist or Office Assistant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A stable work history
