Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH - BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST
An experienced Receptionist is preferred, and while we do not need an Excel Master, this position requires great MicroSoft skill sets and the ability to manage the office calendar in Outlook. Must be able to learn a specific database, but it is very user friendly. This position will be responsible for answering the phones, doing information intake from families that call in, as well as greeting people in the office. A health care background is helpful, but not necessary.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
