Our client, a Maryland Heights based organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional, positive, hard-working self starter, who is able to  multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, opportunity with a work schedule of 8: 00 am – 5: 00 pm, Monday through Friday. The position will pay $14.00-$18.00 per hour during the temporary period, and can increase to up to $45, 000 annually upon permanent hire, depending on background and experience.



  • Write up job orders to include all necessary information (regarding information for proposals, service, and warranty issues)
  • Issue purchase orders for service calls, and provide necessary information to scheduler for prompt scheduling of service calls
  • Order parts and request labor reimbursement from manufacturers
  • Monitor charge-back approvals and analyze reports to assure profitability
  • Process warranty requests and contact client within 24 hours to validate request and inquire for more details as needed
  • Speak with clients regarding parts needing repaired, confirm with service technician regarding parts as needed, and order parts from manufacturer as necessary
  • Maintain weekly spreadsheet and tracking system, requesting status updates as needed, and updating clients on service order status on a weekly basis
  • Process requests and orders for client, assuring orders are entered in accurately, and tracking orders and coordinating with scheduler for installation
  • Process quarterly rebates and send invoices to manufacturer for approval or reimbursement
  • Locate dealers and obtain labor quote(s), follow up with local installers to coordinate installation schedule
  • Work with the warehouse & project manager for project coordination and completion
  • Maintain communication with dealer during project timeline, updating client as necessary
  • Assist with maintaining warehouse inventory list



  • A minimum of 2 years previous office support or administrative experience
  • A polished and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A stable work history
