Our client, an established accounting firm in the Mid-Wilshire area, is seeking an experienced Payroll clerk.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience and knowledge of the whole payroll process from beginning to end
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Accounts payable experience
- Recent working knowledge of how to process payroll & payroll taxes
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing client’s background process
