PT General Secretary
Lee's Summit company needs a part-time general secretary. Duties include: maintain and monitor mgt daily calendars and correspondence, assist in estimating and bidding process, work in LinkedIn and social media platforms. will also generate client billing, lien waivers and change orders as well as post payments, filing and misc office duties. This position requires fluency in Word, Excel and some Quickbooks knowledge. Hours are Monday to Friday; 8am to 2pm. Pay starts at $11/hr.
