Mail Room / Administration

Looking for a new position with a variety of duties? How about one that includes Mailroom, IT assistance, general administration and many more duties? This direct hire position in Rosemont could be an excellent opportunity for the right individual! Pay rate depends on previous experience, but could be $33-45K per year!
Duties will include:
- Mail room
- Receiving sorting & distributing mail packages and other items
- Processing FEDEX, UPS, registered, certified, domestic and international mail including weighing items, determining postage, affixing postage meter tape and maintaining related records
- Making deliveries outside of the office including taking registered mail to the post office
- Maintaining records of office supplies and assisting with records retention pick-ups
- Assisting in office renovations, internal moves and computer disconnects and hook-ups
- Meeting with vendors and participating in negotiations
- Completing projects as assigned
- Preparing monthly inventory/usage report of office supplies with MS Excel
- Ability to learn software the company is using
- Valid driver's license needed to maintain / the company cars
- Support IT department when they perform customer support remotely such as setting up PC/ iPhone/iPad and trouble shoot.
- Communicate with IT Department to order IT devices
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar role (2-5 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Computer savvy for assisting the IT department.
- Team player
- Ability to work independently with little direction from supervisor.
- Proactive in providing solutions for problems on their own, not needing a lot of direction.
