Import Customer Service Representative - Provide prompt and courteous customer service, handle all related inquiries for all customers. Provide import customer care. Handle AMS submission and comply with customs rules and regulations.
- Run Daily Reports
- Receive, process and transmit advance manifest for US Customs review
- Follow up with US Customs
- Arrive and depart vessels
- Create log sheets
- Process invoices and create third-party rebills
- Send arrival notices.
M-F 8am-5pm, $13-14/hr to start DOE
HS Diploma / GED
2-3 years of functional experience in Inbound Customer Service - Handling container, break bulk and LCL traffic preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written & verbal)
Working knowledge of MS Office products (word, excel & outlook)
