Our client located in St. Charles County is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. This opportunity is slated to start out as a long-term, full-time, temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent placement for the right individual. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background, and have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS). The position will pay between $50, 000 - $80, 000 annually, depending upon experience.     JOB DUTIES:
 
  • Oversee day to day HR operations for a growing business, including supervising a team of Recruiters, HRIS staff and Generalists
  • Manage worker's compensation, EEOC and unemployment claims
  • Assist with the development of training processes and procedures
  • Develop team members to grow within the organization into roles which highlight the employee's strengths
  • Evaluate the department's procedures to determine where improvements can be made and report such to the HR Director

 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-5 years previous HR experience required, including recruiting
  • Previous experience supervising a minimum of 5 direct reports
  • 1-3 years experience utilizing Workday (ATS)
  • Knowledge of workflow processes
  • Knowledge of workers compensation claims and processes
  • Flexible to work overtime as need be
  • Excellent communication skills
