Looking for HR Coordinator with 3-5 yrs experience in a HR environment- responsible for the recruiting process, preparing job description/posting/ interviewing/ onboarding - General HR functions such as updating employees record, in HRIS system- "SAP"- preparing employee communications. Prepare letters of employment, updating HR Intranet site
- Working knowledge of Payroll, mostly Data Entry, good with numbers,update change of address, banking etc.(Ceridian) -JHSC certified is an asset, lead the Health & Safety meetings, lead Social function committees, Children's Holiday Party, Employee Holiday party, Summer socials, Work,-great opportunity for an open minded, hardworking individual, Must have MICROSOFT package, Must have a College/University degree/ HR Certification asset.
