Our client located near Lambert Airport is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual for a Corporate Receptionist role that they are looking to fill immediately. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, opportunity that pays $14.00 per hour. The hours for this position are 8: 30am-5: 30pm,  Monday– Friday.
 

JOB DUTIES:
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting a large volume of visitors
  • Process visitors and record arrivals/departures and direct them to their destination in office
  • Sort incoming and process outgoing postal mail
  • Scheduling
  • Assign conference rooms, meeting resources, employee and visitor meetings, and activities using Outlook group calendar
  • General clerical duties
 REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 2 years of Receptionist experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A stable work history
