We are seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant and Escrow Officer for an established escrow company in Huntington Beach.
The ideal candidates will possess these qualities:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in the Escrow industry either as an assistant or officer role.
- Experience in mobile, manufactured or commercial escrow a plus
- Have a thorough understanding of escrow practices and real estate principles
- Have experience providing administrative support to an escrow officer
- Ability to multi -task and complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word , Excel and Outlook
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing background check.
These positions are full time and start off as temporary and could lead to hire for the right candidate ! Pay will be dependent on experience .
