Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader who will develop and implement sales strategies that drive our success in meeting sales targets across a multi-channel sales network. The sales strategies will be focused on motivating and influencing retail sellers who have direct consumer interaction. Our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your thorough knowledge of proven sales processes with the flexibility to do things a little differently. You will collaborate across department lines, working closely with our Product, Marketing and Risk teams to drive sales network productivity.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales network performance issues and take timely actions
  • Identify sales trends supported by data analysis and make strategy recommendations to accelerate/ improve sales
  • Develop training and professional development as well as other motivating strategies for the sales team
  • Utilize sales tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of strategy
  • Develop and execute sales contests and promotions with our business partners in the Sprint organization
  • Collaborate with our business partners to support sales process improvements

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Ten years of progressive sales, with a minimum of five years of strategic sales leadership
  • Superior data and financial analysis skills, experienced in forecasting, budget development and channel analysis
  • Excellent communication, project management and time management skills
  • Passionate, curious, enthusiastic, flexible individual who enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Exhibits an overall polished, professional leadership style with executive presence
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships, contacts, and networks
  • Proven ability to operate in a team environment and work in a matrix organizational structure

Starting Salary is 75K annually. This is a direct hire.
