Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a Member Services Representative to provide administrative support to officers and multiple district/district officers and chairpersons. Individual will research and respond to questions, complaints, concerns and issues via email, telephone, and/or written correspondence. Must have excellent communication skills, initiative, organizational/multi-tasking skills and problem solving/decision making skills. Technical and professional knowledge should include Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, be able to demonstrate aptitude for troubleshooting customer service issues and experience with high volume of work and ability to meet deadlines. Bi-lingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
