Small 24/7 Call Center
All Incoming Customer Care Calls
Call center is 24/7
Bilingual talent a plus
• Answering telephone call inquiries.
• Assisting customers in completing their enrollment and activation process.
• Researching and resolving issues to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
• Promoting organization's products and services.
• Outbound call campaigns.
• Light clerical work.
• Must pass extensive criminal background check (no misdemeanors/felonies) and drug test
• High School Diploma (college degree a plus)
• Call center experience
• 3 years or more previous customer service experience
• Positive attitude/flexibility/team player
• Strong customer service skills; ability to deliver world class customer service
• Strong de-escalation skills
• Communication and multi-tasking skills
• Active listening and problem solving skills
