Corporate Community Development Officer

Pittsburgh bank is searching for a Direct Hire Corporate Community Development Officer with 7-10 years of experience. Will assist with technical adherence to Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives, develop and execute a strategic program, and lead the company outreach. Salary is based upon experience.
Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience in addition to direct involvement, developing and executing a Community Development strategy, particularly in a mid-sized bank. Must have Bachelor's Degree as well as senior management experience. Local travel required.
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a comprehensive CRA Program for the bank, achieving goals as established in the compliance annual operating plan and coordinating work within the department and with other departments. Will comply with operating policies and procedures established for the compliance function, communicates with appropriate personnel, responds to inquiries or requests for information, maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports.
Maintains a comprehensive CRA Program for the corporation including performance assessments, systems, reporting and governance
Manages Community Development and CRA Department
Provides direction to the bank regarding CRA and CRA-related issues
Coordinates CRA audits and examinations
Follows CRA-related legislative and regulatory developments
Provides regulatory research, technical assistance and educational support in the areas of CRA and Fair Lending. Develops and modifies CRA policies and procedures
Oversees the development and maintenance of CRA Loan Application Register
Conducts analyses in support of the bank's CRA and community development actions including identification of qualified investment, lending, and service opportunities
Monitors and provides reports to senior management regarding geographical distribution of loans, mortgage disclosure statement analysis and community delineation
Oversees the update of the bank’s Public File and monitors requests for review
Responds to comments received from the public about the company’s community development activities
Conducts and assists affiliate representatives with calling efforts on community related groups to promote the corporation's and affiliates CRA commitment
Reviews volunteer service activities to identify CRA activities
Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness

Experience conducting assessments or comparable production experience
Familiar with lending, deposit and branch activities and regulatory requirements
Special Licenses and Certificates:
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will not be required
