An educational organization in the West County area of St. Louis is in need of three (3) call center representatives to join their team! This is a full-time, temp to hire position to start immediately - hours are 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay for this opportunity is $12/hr, and there is potential for additional compensation based on performance-based metrics.    Job Duties:
  • Receive calls, emails, and online chat requests from students and respond in a timely manner
  • Assist with a variety of troubleshooting needs, such as password resets and site navigation assistance
  • Document interactions and conversations with students into company database
  • Discuss products and services with current and potential students
  • Assist students with re-enrollment process and course selection
  • Escalate problems to manager as needed
  • Additional support duties as assigned

 Requirements:
  • 2-4 years prior experience in customer service/call center role required
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting or help desk role highly preferred
  • Strong typing and data entry skills required
  • Excellent problem solving skills and a high level of attention to detail a must
  • Stable work history
  • Per the clients request, the ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
